1) eat a lot at breakfast: calories are half absorbed but they last all the day long. HOMEMADE FOOD, like apple pie
2) lunch: don't exaggerate. eat mainly carbohydrates (bread, pasta, etc.)
3) Dinner: non-energetic foods (so no carbohydrates preferably), because you have to sleep and you don't need energy to sleep.
4) still fat? it's because you don't exit from your house and go for a walk
5) you go for a walk everyday and you're still fat? come to the vegetarian side... we have cookies (without animal's fat)
6) vegetarian and still fat? .............. >.< dafuq?
