No, but some condoms have lube

If you're planning on using a condom durring sex don't use ones from gas stations, as they've been exposed to heat which weakens the latex
They're pretty much only good for "Posh Wanks"

Lube is Lubricant, that is used for making it easier to masturbate.......there are several types of lubricants used for this situation.....

Here's the lube stuff

Dry
When the environment is dry, your skin absorbs the moisture from the lube and it can dry out and become sticky or pasty.

System JO H2O works great

Is absolutely the best thing I have ever found! I LOVE this stuff for masturbating with my hand. It does not get sticky like other lubes do, and it doesn't dry out. Stays VERY slippery! Has no chemical smell to it.

Please also notice that none of those lubes were oil based. Oil based lubes will eat through condoms!!! Water based lubes will not.

Some notes about lube:

If you are using latex, such as a condom or dental dam, be sure to use a water-based or silicone lubricant. Oil based lubes will break down the latex.
If you are using a silicone sex toy, do not use silicone lubricant. The silicone will break down your toy.
If you are having oral sex, avoid lube with nonoxynol-9, as it may make your lips and tongue numb.
