hot topic - only good for band t-shirts. I DO NOT SHOP THERE. *no popular people do.*

abercrombie is the best of all of those, because its huge and has good hoodies and insanely HOT GUYS who work there.

Are you saying you're popular? Because in case you haven't noticed, you're on this thing called Gaia... which makes you lose like 50 popularity points.

anyhow, I like American Eagle, Hollister, and Hot Topic is interesting... but I don't shop at any of them because the closest stores are 72 miles away D;
They all suck and are expensive.

I especially hate Hot Topic. Where I live, most of the people who shop/work there are full of themselves and think they're better than others because "my clothz r betta than urz, go black n punk!"

AND Hot Topic has crap items. 90% of the things I bought there broke. One was a pair of earrings that broke in my ear. A few minutes, some pliers, and near fainting later, I got it out. So never ever will Hot Topic be better than any store.

I like Hot Topic better than the three, even though I only go there to buy pants and that is it.

See, I've been kicked out of Ambercombie while looking for a B-day gift for my brother because apparently "They don't cater to my kind".

I don't really care much for Hollister. I've never really been inside but it's not my kind of store. At least when I go to Hot Topic, they don't kick you out when you are not doing anything wrong because of the clothes you are wearing.

I just wish some of the locations would turn down their music and stock more XS pants, because the XS is the only size that fits me.

Where I live, XS is all they have and it pisses me off D< we should switch stores (if I really shopped there).

I disagree about Hot Topic though. They didn't kick me out but when I went there wearing a pink shirt and tight pants (technically "peppy" like), they gave me annoyed stares. It's insulting, really.
Hot Topic! Tripp pants are amazing! heart
But a lot of their stuff is expensive, so I usually get my clothes at Walmart or something. xd
I dont like any, but if i had to choose...i would choose Hot Topic

      Lol, QFT.
Hot Topic is really gross, their tripp jeans are so ******** expensive.. Ebay all the way.
I have this argument with my boyfriend repeatedly. He's an Abercrombie & Hollister guy. I'm a Hot Topic guy.

I prefer to shop at stores where the shirts don't cost me $50 and the people don't stare me down because of what I look like. It's called customer service for a reason. You treat them nicely, not like a diseased being.
I've made friends with Hot Topic employees over the simplest of topics like Harry Potter and good old classic rock. It's really quite simple.

Another thing, at least Hot Topic has lights so you can see what you're buying. Hollister looks like it's lights are broken on a regular basis and the mirrors are positioned as if you were in a fun house. Is there any other way to show that your store is bad when the store only wants you to buy stuff by convincing you that you look good in something when you really dont?
I like Hollister better. Don't get me wrong, I shop everywhere, even non-prep stores (GASP), but I think Abercrombie has more expensive clothes with less quality. Hollister's clothes have are hardy and well worth the money. :]

P.S.: Why did you even ask? About 80% or more of the people on here will say Hot Topic...

I agree with what you're implying, which is that her ego is extremelyyyyy annoying, but what you're saying isn't really true. I'm not unpopular and I go on Gaia. :/ Then again, I don't really like anime at all, I only come on here to talk to my friends and chat in the forums. Haha But either way, maybe she just likes anime because of her ethnicity. The annoying ego is making me side with you, though. xD

Yeah, seriously. Conceited much?
But a lot of people who go on here have a lot of friends in the real world. I've actually convinced a good amount of my friends to come on here. I agree. You don't have to like anime to have an account on gaia.

That's not fair.

We should switch stores. Then again, there is a reason why it is better to go to the online store to buy the pants, because you get more variety, and sizes.

Hey, it's better that they give you strange looks, than for a snot nosed girl to come up to you with a "I am a god and you are filth" attitude to tell you that if you don't leave the store than she'll call security on you because the store does not cater to your kind.

Do you know what I was wearing? A pair of well fitting Jnco Jeans, and a black t-shirt.

Well, technically there are a lot of really tight pants now for people in Hot Topic, and and there is some pink now in the store so I don't see why they would stare oddly at you. I'm used to stares where ever I go though, and compliments too every once in a while. That's what happens when you like to wear Tripp Pants. I find them insanely comfortable....and look, they turn to shorts sometimes and the zipper doesn't break down on you after the third wash.... stare
