Ha, thats a laugh luna hasn't done anything royal since she tried to take over equestia and Trixie is pretty awesome when you talk to her 1 on 1

Luna is still of the Royal family, and the reason why she hasn't been seen around, is probably because she has been eiter busy with unofficial royalty matters, or, she may have been travelling.

Trixie .... i like a good show-off, and Trixie is a great showoff with the means she has.
But i'm not certain where she is ... a few claim she's studying more magic, in an attempt to eventually be able to rival Twillight Sparkle ....

You may hang with the Equestrian version of me if you like, she have an encampment outside of .... is it Ponyville?

She met the Mane 6 at an unknow crisis near an area where battle is more common.
She used to live there, but followed the Mane 6 when they went back.

Her Looks:

Her odd muzzle is not a disfigurement, but a part of some disguise that she remove when she needs to eat.
She seems to be capable of some magic, and may occasionally be found in the library, studying.

EDIT:
Her cutiemark is a sharpened Sai. It is not just her favourite weapon, but it is also easy to conceal, and just as important, it can be used for disarming an opponent with a weapon, as well as for stabbing with.
She usually prefer that disarming, and that goes for her personality too, in a way:
Rather than risk increasing a conflict, she often prefer to at least try an disarm it.
She is kind, and like fun.
She go to Pinkie Pie's parties, and is either sitting in a corner, frequently smiling and laughing at Pinkies peculiarities, or out on the dance floor.

His name is Naos ζeta, but he usually just goes by Naos :3c (pronounced NEIGH-OH'S)

His cutie mark is just the ζ symbol, and he doesn't really have a special talent, but when his s**t is at critical levels and hes about to die or something, he shines in a luminosity that even if you were wearing a welding mask, you'd get blinded in seconds, also he heats up to 7 times the temperture of the surface of the sun and goes full on supersayian on PCP and crack mode B:

He also does lots and lots of drugs.
