Well, go see a doctor and find out. I'm not a doctor, and you're not a doctor. I doubt if there are any real doctors that bother with spending their time on Gaia. So get up, call your GP, go to a free clinic, whatever, but go do it.

It's better to get a professional opinion than to be asking "arm-chair doctors" for their opinion. None of us know.
So you're having crampy abdominal pain on one side. That could be caused by... pretty much anything.

Internet forums aren't going to ask you the important questions about your history, they're not going to delve into your past medical history, past surgical history, hospitalizations, etc., they're probably not going to look at your meds, and they're not going to ask the relevant social history questions.

On top of that, an Internet forum will not perform a physical exam, it will not listen to your bowel sounds or palpate your abdomen. It won't do a pelvic exam either, if one is needed.

Lastly, an Internet forum does not have an ultrasound, x-ray, or CT machine available, it can't check your bloodwork, or run any other tests that might confirm a diagnosis.

Just go to a doctor already.

It could possibly be an ovarian cyst. I've recently gone to the doctor for pain around that area, but it turns out it was just a very painful intestinal muscle spasm. Still, get it checked.

And if your mom won't take you to get checked (if she is in control of that situation), do what I did when I needed to be checked for something: I called a friend, got a ride through them (I love her mom, she is so reasonable), and got checked. My mom picked me up and, surprise, I was right. I'd have been in trouble without getting checked. Guess who listens to me now? =.=

it could be stress related. a lot of women hold tension in their pubic muscles & don't even know it. try focusing throughout the day on when you are clenching those muscles & try relaxing them? but yeah if the issue doesn't disappear you might wanna seek legit medical advice. or ask other females in your family to see if they've experienced similar problems?

Make yourself a doctor's appointment - most will do so without letting your parents know if you say you want it to be confidential.
