Hi Here!

For those of you who like an extra boost I've recently been drinking the 'Three Leaf Tea; Super Slimming' and it works great!!! I love it, it's only my second day using it, but so far so good and it's allot better for your body compared to laxatives or forcing yourself to throw up.


Ah. How does the tea work? Is it like drinking lots of water before a meal, in that it fills you up, or does it speed up your system so it absorbs less? Or does it stop fat absorption? Does it have antioxidants in it? I here those are great, and most fatties don't get enough of those because they don't eat fruits and vegetables.


Oh, come ON! I eat jelly donuts, that has to be at least two servings of fruit a day!!! scream

You seem to be patronizing the effort to lose weight and, knowing your history, I am inclined to trust my supposition.



I am not! I have just seen the light. I understand that fat is horribly bad for you, and nothing but being thin will make me healthy. Of course my heart is full of awfulness and fats. Being a exercise instructor, do you think you could help this thread out? You should be able to recommend some nice exercises or tell the fatties in denial about the dangers of fat.

The fact that you speak so outlandishly still leads me to other conclusions. You and I both know fat is not horribly bad for you, and that being thin is not necessarily equal to being healthy, though it is an indicator when one does so properly.

I could, but I would find that my assistance would go wasted in a place where the creator makes no stride to having something serious and instead seems to want this to be either some kind of bait thread or some kind of chance to patronize those who want to really loose weight.

If you could contribute that would be wonderful. I'm being silly because I want the atmosphere to be light-hearted, for the most part. Do you have something you can add to this thread, or are you going to continue to claim I only wants ill for those unfortunate suffers of fat? I can't believe someone with so much knowledge to help those in need, would rather sit here and talk off topic with me instead of helping people. That's not very nice, nor professional Riveria, i hope you don't treat your clients that way.

eat slowly! there's a gap between you being full and your brain realizing it which can lead to over eating. so eat slow, don't jam your face full of food XD

@ Cutie: You have been most helpful. Your information will help fatties yet! That is good work, I here that eating smaller more numerous meals, but not grazing, will also keep your blood sugar stable.

But I've been trying sooooo hard for sooooo long and I'm still not losing weight, maybe you have the one nugget of truth I've been missing?
     
I still don't understand why you're doing this... :/ You aren't even making an effort to provide sources for the OP, so it's pretty obvious you are just catering to popular misconceptions about fat people. It's immature.

I think those are made with fake fruits...But with all the sugar in them it doesn't matter if you the doughnuts have fruit in them or not. Stop eating doughnuts fattie, unless you have a tapeworm. But if you don't I suggest going no more than six months with one at a time with a break of another six months in between so the worm doesn't get too big.
     
Sincerely exercise three times a week. Don't just power walk around your neighborhood. Get your heart beating and your lungs breathing, and for god's sake, try toning a muscle or two. The more toned your muscles are, the more fat you burn at rest, which will certainly help with slimming down.

Avoid eating in excess of 2000 calories a day, but don't starve yourself either. Have a large breakfast and successively smaller meals throughout the day, making sure to cut down on refined sugars and fatty foods.

If you have a medical complication ("I have a gland problem!" wink then please, please, please consult your doctor.

Alright, fitness in a nutshell, heck yes.

But it's not fair!!! Oh well I guess it'll be worth it, when I'm finally skinny I'll get to eat ALLL the donuts I want and it won't be bad for me because I'll still be skinny!

This is only good advice if you are conditioned; if you are not conditioned nothing will change from strenuous exercise. It may actually make the problem worse since your body will attempt to eat more to compensate for the sudden increase in activity. It's why so many regimes fail with negative gains.

There's plenty of information available. Your OP is devoid of any of it; I think that in and of itself shows how serious you really are.
