Secret to losing weight in two easy steps:

1) MOVE MORE THAN YOU SIT
2) ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY

The hard part is recognizing the feeling of hunger-- not mistaking the feeling of boredom for hunger. Urges to eat-- not the same as being hungry. People who never feel hungry because they are constantly stuffing their faces forget what hunger feels like and that's so bad.

I am always hungry. Regardless of whether or not I am bored, whether or not I ate in the last half hour, whether or not I have fiber or protein.

I find a better way to lose weight is to actually swallow tapeworms. The kind that keep you from digesting things for yourself, not the kind that eventually burrow up into your brain--I heard some woman made that mistake once, ha hah what a silly!

I am not! I have just seen the light. I understand that fat is horribly bad for you, and nothing but being thin will make me healthy. Of course my heart is full of awfulness and fats. Being a exercise instructor, do you think you could help this thread out? You should be able to recommend some nice exercises or tell the fatties in denial about the dangers of fat.

The fact that you speak so outlandishly still leads me to other conclusions. You and I both know fat is not horribly bad for you, and that being thin is not necessarily equal to being healthy, though it is an indicator when one does so properly.

I could, but I would find that my assistance would go wasted in a place where the creator makes no stride to having something serious and instead seems to want this to be either some kind of bait thread or some kind of chance to patronize those who want to really loose weight.
I don't get it. Are you this insecure? Acting out on Gaia might alleviate a little stress but it won't solve the problems you face everyday.

For those of you who like an extra boost I've recently been drinking the 'Triple Leaf Tea; Super Slimming' and it works great!!! I love it, it's only my second day using it, but so far so good and it's allot better for your body compared to laxatives or forcing yourself to throw up.

I post because I dont want people who honestly want to loose weight to be patronized for a serious concern in their lives by someone whom, I suspect with due reason, only made this thread for alterior motives not related to the topic.
eat slowly! there's a gap between you being full and your brain realizing it which can lead to over eating. so eat slow, don't jam your face full of food XD

I'm not here to patronize those who want to lose weight Riveria. If the do I need this to be a place of safety for them, but this also need to be a place of information. If you could contribute that would be wonderful. I'm being silly because I want the atmosphere to be light-hearted, for the most part. Do you have something you can add to this thread, or are you going to continue to claim I only wants ill for those unfortunate suffers of fat? I can't believe someone with so much knowledge to help those in need, would rather sit here and talk off topic with me instead of helping people. That's not very nice, nor professional Riveria, i hope you don't treat your clients that way.

Ah. How does the tea work? Is it like drinking lots of water before a meal, in that it fills you up, or does it speed up your system so it absorbs less? Or does it stop fat absorption? Does it have antioxidants in it? I here those are great, and most fatties don't get enough of those because they don't eat fruits and vegetables.
