Oh amazing thread of thinness, I am fat even though I starve myself and overexercise.

What about lapband surgery or gastric bypass? Anyone have any experience with that?

Because I hear that surgically induced malnutrition can help you lose LOTS of weight, and who cares if you get sick and can't eat? Obviously that will keep fatties from stuffing food in their mouths 24/7 like they always do.

It's totes true.

Starvation works. I mean, those people in the Nazi concentration camps weren't fatties like you lazy Americans amirite? Those children picking through garbage dumps just to find a few scraps to help feed their families aren't jiggling everywhere they go.

People who are fat just aren't doing it right.

I was actually going to contribute and post what helped me lose 60 pounds, but this looks less like a help-thread, and more like a pick-on-fat-people thread. So if anyone is actually serious about weight loss, just PM me and I'll tell you what worked for me.

That is a difficult thing to manage.

Each body has certain places that it naturally will elect to store its fat cells. For some of us, its in the love handles, others, the gut, still others, the under arm region. As concerns women, some might have the majority of their fat deposits in their breasts.

If you want a larger breast size, you might consider doing exercises that trim your total body down to create a visual breast enhancement, or a breast augmentation.

That's just not right. Losing wight is used for the wrong purpose nowadays. People do this just (as you say) to be more ''attractive''. But what about the health?! Isn't health important? What about the people in the some countries, who are begging for a single piece of bread?

I've heard of people putting up thinsperational pictures on their fridge to deter them from opening them in the first place.

Well, regardless of that, I think it's fine to use other people as a measuring stick. If one chick has a lot of guys interested in her, then there must be some reason.

Well, regardless of that, I think it's fine to use other people as a measuring stick. If one chick has a lot of guys interested in her, then there must be some reason.

Not when the matter concerns fitness.

Each person's body is different, and, as such, what works for others will not necessarily work for you. There are different body types that require different sorts of fitness practices, and even specific limitations that serve to make particular gains very challenging. When one uses another person as their goal, not only do they run the risk of wasting time on what cant be, they run the risk of doing so in an unhealthy manner that can lead to death.

The body is complex, and it is incredibly dangerous to think what is good for one is good for all.
