How is everyone doing at school this semester/year?

Surprisingly I'm actually doing really well considering everything I've been going through.
I'm only doing kinda shitty in one of my classes, which is extremely hard (Linguistics) and I'm getting a 60 (sad face), but that's actually the average mark in university (like, a 60 would be considered a B).

I'm getting in 80s in every other class though lol. I'm really proud :')

lol i wish i understood better =P I guess first semester was hardest because in linguistics we had to memorize every feature and manner of each symbol (like if it is a alveolar fricative) and all of the vowel s**t too ;__; It's a lot of memorization =P
Hoping to bring my mark up to a 70 at least since this midterm is gonna be eeeeasssyyy - Neurolinguistics, semantics, language acquisition and psycholinguistics lol

Well I hope this semester goes well for you ^ _ ^ I've been taking quite a few sciences too (astronomy and an earth science class). They're mostly really interesting and even fun =P

I'm just thankful I'm done in a month haha

I'm a spoiled brat and my parent are paying for my tuition and s**t emotion_awesome
They only do that because they know I work full-time all summer and they want me to have an amazing job once I've graduated :c

seeing as most people who experienced the death of two very important people in their lives merely days between each other right before the semester started probably wouldn't even attend school, much less do well
not to mention i attend one of the most prestigious schools in my country and getting good grades normally is quite difficult neutral

also, if you're going to just be a pessimistic b***h why do you post?

I'm a fine arts major, so we don't really get to know our grades until the end of the semester, lolz.
I know I'm getting an A in my Social and Individual Patterns of Drug Use class, because this professor makes it really, really hard to get less than an A in the class.
I know I'm behind in ceramics, but I think I'm pretty on top of metals. Of the people that I know are in 6 credit hours rather than 3, one of them only completed one project by last wednesday, one hadn't even finished one piece, and I had one and 3/4, so I'm probably okay.

Anywho, my workplace eval was off the charts. The managers nearly pissed themselves with joy.
I suppose it's not often they run across someone who will work hard and keep their mouth shut for a pitiful sum.

I got one more semester to go and I'm done with my degree. Still unsure if I want to study further or leave. Once I leave and find work I think it's most unlikely that I'll be returning to uni to study further gonk
