Not gonna lie, I've had some tough time recently. I've begun to think about the possibility of medication for my anxiety/panic disorder and depression. Plus right now, even though I'm feeling emotionally fine, I've caught either a flu or a allergic hay-fever >.<

Therapy and some medication might work, there is NOTHING wrong with taking medication for those issues, some people have too, some dont. It dosen't make you weak. Depression can be a chemical imbalance in your brain and meds correct it. Talk to a doctor and find the right medicine for you. 3nodding It will help, I've been there. *hugs*

Eek hay fever or flu is bad! I hope you feel better! Taking OTC meds for it just in case?

What disturbs me more are the physical symptoms, which of late have been this varying dizziness and strange sensations in my head. I get these fear things that I'd have some sort of terminal neurological disease, like a brain tumor, of which I've seen nightmares crying

Sweetheart you need to tell your doctor/therapist this and get some meds. You'll be okay, but that kinda sounds like some bad anexity, they will know what to do. *smooshes you into boobs* Tell your doctor to run tests to ease your mind and argue so they do it, you are in charge of your medical stuffs.

-nuzzles your boobs- Speaking of tests, tomorrow morning I'm going to lab tests, as the first stage of my medical check-up. We're checking everything, if my system is lacking vitamins or something else etc. etc. But yeah, I've been a bit disappointed with my therapy recently. And don't worry, when in medical check-up, I WILL tell them, that I might need some medication for my issues, fears of brain tumor etc.. The thing is that I have Asperger (most likely), which means I take things differently, I'm VERY sensitive to things, and of course Asperger people are more vulnerable for mental health problems.

That is true, one of my friends has it. *nods* Make sure you get it offically diagnosed, not self diagnosed. If therpay is not working well you NEED to tell your therpist okay? it might be time to find another or try new things. They HAVE to know so they can fully help you.

Helpful or not, I will finish the therapy, which is in next March. Plus, I'm waiting for the massusist to contact me so that I could get new times.

ugh I know what you mean with the no high speed internet. Ours is craptastic. High speed in the whole city, except our area ( military housing ). We are SUPPOSED to get 7down with 600k up, but our internet cant even play youtube and it sucks. Our qOs is crap.
