It isn't Gaia's job to keep an eye on underage kids, especially if they're on Gaia illegally. If you see someone admitting they're under 13 you can report them and mods will ban their account until they turn 13.

It's not Gaia's fault if an underage child sees inappropriate content, it is a parent's job to keep an eye on their child's internet activity.

Gaia is actually geared for young adults and older, but without actual porn being allowed Gaia is legally obligated to rate their site PG-13.

Gaia is under no obligation to make it child friendly.
