Yeah, that's basically what happens in ZOMG, he gives you quests to help fight.

hm, how about the announcement was posted on a train or in a bulletin of the city, then there, you will put your name if interested, the you will be sent a letter from Leon , which indicates the things about the fighting, blabla... xd
