If they are indifferent, then they neither want nor don't want to hear it. You fail at trying to seem aloof and cool forever.
If that was a reasonable analogy (which it isn't), then you're comparing all cosplayers to ******** who dress up as foxes and get their yiff on.
People will have sex regardless you idiot. So what if they want to dress in animal costumes? Keep your judgmental comments to yourself. People have the freedom to express their sexuality in different ways.
If they have freedom to be sick freaks, and hold conventions celebrating it, and talk about it on the internet, then I have freedom to call them sick freaks, and to do so on the internet.
Actually, not really. It's considered harassment. Besides, you're information is wrong. Most people who dress up do not have sex in fursuits. Most only wear tails and ears. And those who can either make or afford a full suit wouldn't have sex in it, either because it's weird or because it would make the suit a pain to clean.
Honestly, I've heard of so called "normal" people with weirder fetishes, so I don't get the deal with fursuit sex anyways. It's no different than rp sex of many subgroups.
But that's beside the point. Only a small percentage is sexual with suits.
It is a reasonable analogy if you didn't just ignore it. Both are subcultures that focus on artwork. Many people dress up. There is a sexual side and while many people believe that the whole genre is built around it, there's much more clean art in comparison.
In other words, the next person who says that it's okay to call furries sexual freaks, I get to call hentai addicts. ^_~
If you don't like freedom of speech, don't try to make excuses by calling it harassment. I think you mean "your", not "you're". And it isn't wrong.
List some. If it's weirder than bestiality, then it isn't normal (and there are many things which aren't anywhere near as weird as bestiality that are abnormal).
Anime fandom does not focus on artwork. It focuses on watching Japanese cartoons. The people who dress up in either fandom are losers, with the exception of cute Japanese cosplayers. The fact of the matter is, that if you are a furry, even if you don't dress up as a fawkth and j**z on other furries, or even roleplay online, you are condoning such behaviour by being a part of the fandom.
Also, there's a difference between appreciation and addiction. You can say addiction if you want, because of freedom of speech and all that, but you'll sound silly.
Actually, freedom of speech has limits, that's why there's rules against harassment and such. You have an opinion, but you don't have to state it.
Again, most furries do not do bestiality. I consider that animal abuse and most tend to agree. And as for weirder, that's pretty subjective. But how about scat? Or ballooners? I think both of those are weirder. Or what about anime's freakin' tentacle rape? Or the large amount of anime rape in general?
Cartoons is artwork hun. They also read mangas, which is artwork. Art isn't only pencil and paper.
"The people who dress up in either fandom are losers, with the exception of cute Japanese cosplayers."
Wow, that's pretty mean.
"you are condoning such behaviour by being a part of the fandom."
So by being on an anime themed site, you are perfectly okay with the other anime aspects, such as tentacle rape, general rape, and other stuff that you find in the artwork?
Yes, there is a difference between appreciation and addiction. Most in both subcultures appreciate, not are addicted.
And back to freedom of speech. Again, it has limits. Look at the posting rules, "Flaming & trolling. Posts directed at another member which are hateful, abusive, or intentionally inflammatory are considered flaming. Making intentionally inflammatory or provocative posts to incite responses from other members is considered trolling."
You can't just post anything. You don't have to like it, but if you don't like furries so much, why on earth on you in a furry thread, lasting your time posting?
