I'd have to say it would depend on a few variables.
1-Whether they were all at a normal level of power, nothing extra just themselves.
2-Whether Ichigo & Kenpachi were releasing extra spirit energy, and if so, how much.
3-Whether Cloud & Sephiroth were using mako or not, and if so how much.

The one who talked about Cloud and Sephiroth needing their magic needs to be shot, the guy above me needs to be slapped (Cloud_Strife coincidentally enough).

Put it this way; Say Ichigo and Kenpachi were both solid figures and capable of their full powers, then put them up against Cloud and Sephiroth whom can use summons and such to aid in the fight. You would have Ichigo trying to go super speed on Cloud, whom has way too much materia to play with so that is a very tough call, but you guys wanna talk about Kenpachi taking a beating from Sephiroth and STILL getting up? Comparing his skills in Advent Children, Crisis Core or even Last Order, the dude can cut through buildings with a quick flick of the wrist. Sorry folks, I think Kenpachi is a badass and all but no, Masamune + meeting Ken's flesh = instant clean slice, since dumbass would try taking the blade on and last time I checked being decapitated or being sliced in half, you don't get up from. Now leaving it to Cloud and Sephiroth vs. Ichigo....done deal in terms of just piecing together his moves along with the massive area of damage the two can cause leaving no where for Ichigo to go or at least not letting him get close enough.

Now for those of you who will debate the two shinigami being invisible? Summon Phoenix, ******** the two up or keep 'em busy long enough to just to destroy the duo's bodies.
