Favorite Serial Killers

I have a guilty pleasure of constantly researching serial killers. Over time you start to get a feel for what some of these men are like. Some serial killers are so unique and interesting that you truly enjoy reading about their depravity.

I am far more interested in serial killers that are sexual sadist. For example, David Parker Ray. He had a "dungeon" built to hold women captive and torture them for days at a time.

Fred and Rose West are my favorite though. They had a sophisticated underground dungeon for torture and murder. They would hide the bodies under layers of concrete. They even used their own children as sex slaves.

I did my Junior project on psychopaths and why they do the things they do. Fascinating stuff. I don't necessarily have a favorite serial killer, but I think one of the most interesting ones is the "Happy Face" killer. He killed women along his truck haul routes. What's interesting, is he had a wife and kids, that of course didn't know about it, who he spoiled with gifts and fun things. He sounds like a loving dad, but happened to have a penchant for murdering.

Yeah, I like the show "Dexter".

I like that show too xd I saw a thing about the Happy Face killer on A&E a while back. The daughter, now grown, talked about how she always sensed something was amis. But how she still had love in the back of her heart for him, while also being horrified by what he did.

wow really nice to meet a like minded person smile after having to do a paper in a after school class i feel in love with researching and trying to understand serial killers. i think to this day of all the case files i have read over researched and found all the side notes i could jack the ripper is still my all time fav for the simple fact that he had such a amazing understanding of the human body and that he always worked with medical percison
