talk2hand Man, I just knew that question was coming. You would probably be a good news reporter when you're older. XD And I have a good answer.

When I was getting close to revealing some of Pit's past (chapter 11) I was considering how crappy his past would be without a vice captain and his subordinates. I didn't want every seat to be a Centurion and thus did I think of the eight elemental angels.

Fire: I was considering putting myself in the story from the very beginning as a yaoi fangirl but I didn't want to be flamed for being a Mary Sue. I mean...getting saved in the past...kind of Mary Sue there but I couldn't help it. xd I couldn't use my name Momo because it didn't match fire but it also made people aware that I was in the story and might sue me. So...I changed it to Pepper because Peppers in your tongue. And then when it came to appearance, I wanted to be Japanese, but I wanted there to be at least one black person in the royal bodyguards, so I searched through pictures of any black anime characters that are energetic and I found one and I base off of her personality. I'm 8th seat because vice captain would make me Mary Sue like (because the second strongest and crap.) Also my age...I'm not 16 in real life but I didn't want to be the youngest bodyguard because Pit is the youngest so yeah. And my voice actor would be based off of Caldina from Magic Knight Rayearth. This is what she looks like.

Ice: I had what he looked like in my mind. He looked like White Cloud from Final Fantasy Unlimited. I couldn't figure out how to spell Makenchi though so I spelled it Mcenche and I was disappointed when I found out that the spelling was off. He was suppose to be my counter part cold hearted and serious but when my friend Jessie came into the picture, I wanted him to be my opposite and that's how he got in the story. But I had to alter Mcenche's personality so that he would have some of Jessie's accypects such as his laziness and his "I don't care" personality. He also became unpredictable where even I don't know what he'll do in the story. (Have to keep changing it.) He was originally going to be friends with Li but that changed when Jessie said that he wanted to be a loner in the story, so that's why he dislikes Pit and hates Sun-Wong and finds me annoying (like in real life.) He dislikes Pit because in real life, he can't beat his captain. xd And then he hates Sun-Wong because he was vice captain before Pit came and then became 3rd seat when Pit defeated Sun-Wong which made him greatly disrespect Sun-Wong. This is the reason why I make fun of him though. If he hates Sun-Wong then it must be love. XD Mcenche won't say anything about my story because I threatened to pair him up with Sun-Wong if he did. xd And then his race. He was going to be an American like me, but I changed it because White Cloud looked more Japanese and he uses a katana as his weapon so...As for his age, he was suppose to be the second youngest since we were the same age in real life but he just turned 15 on August 1st in real life so I'm a year younger than him. In the story, he's 17 so there is a one year difference. His hair color was also suppose to be brown like in real life but many ice users have white hair (Toshiro, White Cloud etc.) so he ended up with white hair. I said in the past that he had brown hair but because he tried to kill Santa Claus (LOL) Palutena punished him with white hair. If he acts up again, he might end up a girl. wink His voice sounds weird in real life (no offense) but in the story, he has the voice actor of White Cloud. This is what White Cloud looks like. Doesn't he look feminine?

Water: When I moved away from my old school, I had a Mexican friend named Tansi. I wanted to base the water angel off of her and name her Tansi but I slowly realized that Tansi never considered me a friend and was just being nice to everyone around her like a prep...so I changed it to something aquatic and that's how I came up with Aqua. Her appearance was suppose to be similar to Hanon from Mermaid Melody but without the smile. Since she was suppose to be Mexican, how she died would have been different like she would have tried to cross the American border with her family and got killed in the crossfire. After watching a video about hazing, I decided that she would be killed by that mainly because she was a lesbian. She dies at 16 either way and without confessing her true feelings to the one she was in love with. She's been around when Sun-Wong was still a kid so she's the oldest of all the royal bodyguards, but I don't state this because she doesn't age but can still die. I was originally going to keep her blind (if she was a Mexican) or mute for the whole story, but after the war with Medusa, she regains her voice on a mission with Pit (because he keeps telling her that the mission would be faster if she could just speak). I was going to make her bi because of Isaak and Pit. I mean, she and Isaak are SUPPOSE to be soulmates (water and lightning) but that's not the case because Isaak loves Li and the other way around. Aqua has no one in the story. In the story, she just likes Himeno because she's so kind to her but Sun-Wong likes her too and Aqua knows Sun-Wong too well to know what will happen if the one he liked didn't swing that way, so she keeps quiet. Her voice is Vanilla from Galaxy Angel because Vanilla RARELY talks in the anime and she just glares at everyone when they do something stupid. The one with the blue hair is Hanon and the one with the red eyes is Vanilla.

Lightning: I was thinking of someone blonde to be the lightning angel. His personality would have been unpredictable like Mcenche but that didn't happen. Instead I had him have the ladies men personality. His name is Isaak which you pronounce in a French accent. He's German because I wanted to make fun of Hitler in the story one way or another. One of the jokes was that the German's didn't play fair. (When Isaak used a gun instead of a sword.) He was also a character that doesn't look good in black which he admits as everyone looks good in black except him. He has the biggest ego out of the rest of the bodyguards and tends to say stuff without thinking of the consequences. He also does stuff and doesn't think about it which makes us all call him an idiot. I kept switching his age from 19 to 20 and back. I finally decided 19 though and he's suppose to be younger than Saber (who hasn't appeared yet.) He was suppose to be just a friend for Li and probably cared for Li just as much as Pit but realizing that I might end up killing Li at the end of the story making him all alone in the world, I paired the two up and their personalities clash. Because of this though, I left Aqua alone in the story but that will change when Saber is introduced. His voice and appearance are the same as Tamaki from Ouran High School and because of that, we all make fun of him and that's why he gets a lot of abuse in the story but tends to be the one thinking outside the box. -sigh- I remember when my sister first introduced the anime and I wasn't interested because I wanted to watch Final Fantasy Unlimited and looked what happened. Isaak is based off of the idiot Tamaki. Here is what he looks like.

Wind: This was the hard one. I wanted someone to clash with my personality but get along with Aqua's passive personality. She would have ended up the goodie two-shoe of us girls but I wanted someone to be a mother figure like Palutena so I decided that she would be the calm one while I was the annoying one and Aqua was the quiet one. It we were going to be dubbed Charles Angels but that didn't work out because Himeno and Aqua but it will work when Haruhi and Saber join. Also, I wanted someone to have the Magic Knight Rayearth girls. While I match Hikaru and the wind angel matches Fuu, Aqua did not match Umi. I left that out as well and I was the only yaoi fan girl. I came up with the name Himeno because it sounded calm to me and I wanted a mento of my old friend Asia who isn't on this website anymore because she's doing whatever. She was in love with Pretear and I don't think she is anymore. And while Himeno has the appearance of the Himeno of Pretear, there personality is WAY different. The Himeno in Pretear is VERY aggressive unlike the calm and sweet Himeno in my story. However, since I wanted her to be based off of this Himeno, I gave her a split personality that rarely comes. It comes out in VERY bloody situations and when she's drunk. I'm still thinking of a name to give her split at the moment though. I had a problem with her age as well as Isaak because I wanted to have her younger than Isaak, but at the same time, I wanted her to be older. I chose her to be younger though and be 18 so there would be a 7 year gap between her and Sun-Wong. Her role greatly influences many of the guys in my stories such as Albel in Gray Reflections. She has that vibe to calm even the masochist. And then I decided that those of the wind were known for being graceful which is why she is the Graceful Dancer. This causes Haruhi (XxNobodyNinjaxX OC) to become rivals with her in terms of dancing which is why whenever we talk to teach other, these two end up bickering. The rivalry has made Himeno's split come out more though which I don't know if that's good or bad. She is always thinking of everyone though which is why in the story she is generous to buy everyone a cell phone when they go out on a mission (not generous to use Pit's money though.) Her voice would be Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon though because it is such a calm voice. This is what Himeno from Pretear looks like though.

Earth: Earth...this was the fun one let kind of tricky. I wanted to dig deeper on what earth stood for and searched for characters that represented earth. I found Son Goku from Saiyuki who controls the earth when he goes crazy. Yet...I didn't want to use the name Goku because...it's quite obvious! So, I researched Journey to the West and found out the monkey's name was Sun-Wong thus became the earth angels name. If the earth angel was a girl though, I would have named him Sonson from Marvel vs. Capcom 2. The monkey is ALWAYS portrayed as the cute character and that was what Sun-Wong was suppose to be. Cute but a bit of an airhead and will get serious when the going gets tough...but XxNobodyNinjaxX made me rethink his appearance because she made him look like a monk when he was indeed not...but...he still has some monkey traits like the goofy grin. His eyes are not closed for one thing though. smile And he doesn't have a ponytail. I decided though that when he was still a kid, the captain before him cut his air because it was too feminine. That is the same reason for why Goku from Saiyuki has short hair though because 500 years ago, he had long hair and made him look like a girl but I don't know when his hair was cut. He is the oldest though being 25. He became the captain around 10 years old I think which leaves many questions about his past and why he likes locking himself up in the library A LOT. He loves food and books which is an interesting combination really. Because he is dedicated in his studies about everything, he doesn't know much about romance and in perverted situations, he doesn't understand what's wrong when he's accused of something. This main trait is why Sun-Wong isn't getting laid with Himeno and why everyone else mainly Isaak makes fun of him but Aqua says give him time. I plan in the sequel for Sun-Wong to pay more attention of her of course. The intermission...he's having problems with Haruhi. But his mature personality makes those older females like him and making more competition for Himeno. This is what he's suppose to look like only older, but that's not how it goes. Beggars can't be choosers. His voice is Son Goku from Saiyuki though and he's one of my favorite voice actors because he does Alviss' voice from MAR and Fayt's voice from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. whee

Dark: Wow...since Pit was light I would make Li dark, but Li 'died' there had to be a replacement and that's how Roger was born...but kind of at the last second during the flashback. His name and everything about him...it was all last second which is why in other stories like Gray Reflections, he's not in it because he was just a temporary replacement and Li is the main dark angel. The dark element represents the fallen angel or an angel committing a sin. Roger doesn't have black rings. He has gray wings to represent a light dark angel. However, when Li made a pact with Tsusuki (not yet stated) his wings turned completely black thus did he become a fallen angel. Roger (age 18 when he died) was suppose to the gangster that didn't really fit in the group like Li did. Sure he's a jerk and gets along with Isaak but Pit kind of forced everyone to acknowledge Lived and that's how everyone got to know him better. Pit did not do this to Roger when he came into the royal bodyguards. To Pit, Roger was just someone replacing Li but he does see him as someone else, he does want Li to come back to him. But neglectance of the dark angel can lead to many bad things. His voice and appearance is suppose to be Jackal from Prince of Tennis due to both of them being black. This is what he looks like. I have yet to draw him...but he'll probably look ugly anyway. -_-

Light: And that would be Pit. Do I have to say anymore?

There was originally going to be 8 royal bodyguards but with the intermission and sequel, I was planning for their to be 12 angels. The pink one, the turquoise/rainbow, the...uh...Haruhi is also a white angel...with different powers-_-, and the purple one.

Pink = Death/Cruelty

Turquoise/Rainbow = Life/Hope

Haruhi = Stars/Dream

Purple = Intelligence/Trickery/Betrayal

The rainbow angel and Haruhi will appear at the end of Fallen Angel. The pink one Saber will appear in the intermission and the purple one will appear in the direct sequel. I haven't decided a name for the purple angel though. And the rainbow angel is split into two people at the end as well. The rainbow angel is...................you can figure that out by reading the story of course since it's one of the Smashers.

If you haven't notice though, the angels above represent emotions instead of elements which reflects on their personality in the story. The rainbow angel is very forgiving in the story and who isn't forgiving and sweet? Saber will have the Lucy POV and personality except when she's in her split personality. The purple angel has a tendency of acting like Isaak in a way but is very cruel. As for Haruhi, ask her creator. And pink and rainbow come as soulmates in life and death and Haruhi and the purple angels are suppose to be soulmates...but I have to ask her creator if that's okay...

Yay! Someone is online yay! Yep...I was looking up pictures off Tamaki on DA and I was thinking "This is what Isaak should look like."

Okay. To answer the question. Fox/Sonic was created from the lack of Knuckles/Sonic fics on this website and I was getting more and bored with the pairing the more I surfed it up on DA. And I couldn't think of any good themes of Knuckes/Sonic when I rode the bus home. And then I bought Star Fox Adventure and realized that Fox isn't a good uke as most stories put him in and he DOES seem straight in the game but put him with someone younger than him and I think he would change preference. And then there was NO way in hell I was going to pair Sonic with Shadow because the pairing is...well...too common but I still like the pairing. And then when I was playing with my sister, I was thinking of a pairing that could piss her off and I was thinking, "She loves Fox so I should pair him up with my second favorite character" and thus did I start taking Fox/Sonic pictures. It then got to me more though because...well...there would be many problems for them in the story such as a lot of people liking Fox and a lot of people liking Sonic and their HUGE age difference...Fox is like 26 in the story and Sonic is 15 which would equal pedifile. Their problems are in Fallen Angel and Galaxy Angel because of that age gap but like Ulala said in chapter 22 "Wait 3 more years." And then it became official in chapter 13 that Fox would be paired up with Sonic because I stuck to it. Solid Snake Soldier always told me to try out different pairings. I did that with Sonic and I like him with Fox OR Pit.

Shadow/Lyndis was kind of last minute. A lot of people don't like the Shadow/Cream pairing because of the HUGE age difference...Shadow is 65 but 15 at appearance and Cream is...6. rofl I didn't want to change the pairing but hell...6 years old?! I didn't want to make Shadow gay like people would say he is because in my opinion: He's not gay. All of the people he's nice to are FEMALES and he's mean to Sonic except in Sonic 2006. Yeah...nice to Rouge, Amy, Maria, Molly...(hate her) he needed someone mature in the fic. Maria is dead, Rouge and Amy are paired up ( eek ) and Molly can go to hell (she's dead too). Cream was the only one open but she's too young for her own good, so that was where Lyn came in. I love the assist trophies and thinking that they don't have that much light in fanfics as they should. Saki, Shadow, Isaac and Lyn should have big roles in fics mainly because they are like popular or good looking. Lyn is very much like Maria from what I read on Wikipedia but she seems to be more willing for battle than Maria ever could be. Lyn is very mature compared to the Sonic female characters (all of them are immature if you haven't notice. I hope the new girl Shade is mature though.) And Lyn can decide in her game is she could get married or not. But...I think I read the article wrong because it said her son was Roy WTF?! I think I read it wrong. Shadow and Lyndis are both somewhat anti social from what I read on Wikipedia but Lyn has a temper that shouldn't be recond with. With Stafy acting as the little kid though who could not think that they were boyfriend and girlfriend at times. But then again...I think...yeah...in the end, it was last minute and I didn't want Shadow and Lyn to be alone in the fic.

Wolf/Lucario...someone posted a stamp on DA saying Wolf x Lucario and I was thinking about it. She made other stamps like Ike x Pit claiming there wasn't enough of that pairing (Oh the hell was she wrong) and then there was Falco x Fox, Wolf x Falco, Fox x Sonic ( exclaim ) and Marth x Link. This person was the motivation for some of the STRANGE pairings. I wanted Wolf to have a role in the story too and not him just be on the sidelines. He is a Star Fox character. I wanted him to be paired up with Fox but Fox was with Falco at the time and there are so many fics for those two. He was basically doomed until I saw the stamp. Then I thought who Wolf was hanging out. He was with Mewtwo, Meta Knight, Lucario and sometimes Samus. I saw this Fox/Lucario picture on DA, wasn't drawn that good though but I loved the expression of everyone.

Falco: 'What an idiot' expression

It made me realize that Lucario could be paired up too because he was somewhat human in the movie instead of a Pokemon. His death in the movie made me cry. crying Wolf is somewhat of a softy with a huge ego for a front and Lucario in the movie was somewhat selfish and uncaring and repeated saying that his trainer abandoned him many years ago when his trainer saved him from a death. I think their personalities mix together because Wolf if one of those people who won't say something out loud and hide it by saying something else an Lucario is calm and read people's minds by looking at their expression and aura somewhat. This is why Lucario was rather calm when Wolf went on his own to save Fox and Sonic in chapter 24 but was worried for Wolf because Wolf IS reckless. This pairing seems the only one I can clearly explain.

Li: Yeah. Couldn't even explain why Shadow/Lyndis happened.

Shut up. Lucario is more human than Mewtwo though being able to cry and stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if he loved his trainer more than a friend because it seemed like their relationship ran deeper. I should make a fic dedicated to Lucario...hmm...

Oh yeah...this video truly makes me like Lucario even more even if he kind of sucks in Brawl.

Yay! Someone is online yay! Yep...I was looking up pictures off Tamaki on DA and I was thinking "This is what Isaak should look like."

Okay. To answer the question. Fox/Sonic was created from the lack of Knuckles/Sonic fics on this website and I was getting more and bored with the pairing the more I surfed it up on DA. And I couldn't think of any good themes of Knuckes/Sonic when I rode the bus home. And then I bought Star Fox Adventure and realized that Fox isn't a good uke as most stories put him in and he DOES seem straight in the game but put him with someone younger than him and I think he would change preference. And then there was NO way in hell I was going to pair Sonic with Shadow because the pairing is...well...too common but I still like the pairing. And then when I was playing with my sister, I was thinking of a pairing that could piss her off and I was thinking, "She loves Fox so I should pair him up with my second favorite character" and thus did I start taking Fox/Sonic pictures. It then got to me more though because...well...there would be many problems for them in the story such as a lot of people liking Fox and a lot of people liking Sonic and their HUGE age difference...Fox is like 26 in the story and Sonic is 15 which would equal pedifile. Their problems are in Fallen Angel and Galaxy Angel because of that age gap but like Ulala said in chapter 22 "Wait 3 more years." And then it became official in chapter 13 that Fox would be paired up with Sonic because I stuck to it. Solid Snake Soldier always told me to try out different pairings. I did that with Sonic and I like him with Fox OR Pit.

Shadow/Lyndis was kind of last minute. A lot of people don't like the Shadow/Cream pairing because of the HUGE age difference...Shadow is 65 but 15 at appearance and Cream is...6. rofl I didn't want to change the pairing but hell...6 years old?! I didn't want to make Shadow gay like people would say he is because in my opinion: He's not gay. All of the people he's nice to are FEMALES and he's mean to Sonic except in Sonic 2006. Yeah...nice to Rouge, Amy, Maria, Molly...(hate her) he needed someone mature in the fic. Maria is dead, Rouge and Amy are paired up ( eek ) and Molly can go to hell (she's dead too). Cream was the only one open but she's too young for her own good, so that was where Lyn came in. I love the assist trophies and thinking that they don't have that much light in fanfics as they should. Saki, Shadow, Isaac and Lyn should have big roles in fics mainly because they are like popular or good looking. Lyn is very much like Maria from what I read on Wikipedia but she seems to be more willing for battle than Maria ever could be. Lyn is very mature compared to the Sonic female characters (all of them are immature if you haven't notice. I hope the new girl Shade is mature though.) And Lyn can decide in her game is she could get married or not. But...I think I read the article wrong because it said her son was Roy WTF?! I think I read it wrong. Shadow and Lyndis are both somewhat anti social from what I read on Wikipedia but Lyn has a temper that shouldn't be recond with. With Stafy acting as the little kid though who could not think that they were boyfriend and girlfriend at times. But then again...I think...yeah...in the end, it was last minute and I didn't want Shadow and Lyn to be alone in the fic.

Wolf/Lucario...someone posted a stamp on DA saying Wolf x Lucario and I was thinking about it. She made other stamps like Ike x Pit claiming there wasn't enough of that pairing (Oh the hell was she wrong) and then there was Falco x Fox, Wolf x Falco, Fox x Sonic ( exclaim ) and Marth x Link. This person was the motivation for some of the STRANGE pairings. I wanted Wolf to have a role in the story too and not him just be on the sidelines. He is a Star Fox character. I wanted him to be paired up with Fox but Fox was with Falco at the time and there are so many fics for those two. He was basically doomed until I saw the stamp. Then I thought who Wolf was hanging out. He was with Mewtwo, Meta Knight, Lucario and sometimes Samus. I saw this Fox/Lucario picture on DA, wasn't drawn that good though but I loved the expression of everyone.

Krystal: 'WHAT? HE'S GAY?!' expression

Wolf: 'DAMNIT! I SHOULD HAVE TO HIM SOONER!' expression

It made me realize that Lucario could be paired up too because he was somewhat human in the movie instead of a Pokemon. His death in the movie made me cry. crying Wolf is somewhat of a softy with a huge ego for a front and Lucario in the movie was somewhat selfish and uncaring and repeated saying that his trainer abandoned him many years ago when his trainer saved him from a death. I think their personalities mix together because Wolf if one of those people who won't say something out loud and hide it by saying something else an Lucario is calm and read people's minds by looking at their expression and aura somewhat. This is why Lucario was rather calm when Wolf went on his own to save Fox and Sonic in chapter 24 but was worried for Wolf because Wolf IS reckless. This pairing seems the only one I can clearly explain.

Li: Yeah. Couldn't even explain why Shadow/Lyndis happened.

Shut up. Lucario is more human than Mewtwo though being able to cry and stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if he loved his trainer more than a friend because it seemed like their relationship ran deeper. I should make a fic dedicated to Lucario...hmm...

Oh yeah...this video truly makes me like Lucario even more even if he kind of sucks in Brawl.

Notice how in the movie that Lucario keeps calling Auron "Master" when Satoshi calls Pikachu "friend". Master is a very perverted word when used in that way. LOL

That's going back in time...two years. This 8th grader tainted my mind with a Sasuke/Naruto picture when I was in 6th grade. I was like eww...at first but then... 4laugh By 7th grade, I was a yaoi addict. Gravitation was my first yaoi anime that I watched. The Sasuke/Naruto kiss in episode 3 promoted me more and then finally there all this yaoi reference in MAR and Prince of Tennis and I got into those pairings listed on my profile...it scared all my male friends though. Not like I mind. heart As for how I liked Ike/Pit instead of Link/Pit or Marth/Pit is simple. There were simply MORE of those two characters at the time. I didn't like it when Marth was with Pit because they're both ukes and stuff but I can say the same thing for Pit/Sonic. As for Link/Pit...the story made me hate the pairing mainly because they killed Satoshi in it. And then it was too much like Spiritshipping from Yugioh GX (Jaden/Jesse) and then making Link REALLY agressive when he's just a kind quiet farmer of a sort in Twilight Princess. He doesn't deserve to be the seme no offense. And then here was Ike. I didn't know much about him except he was HOT. They seemed to be the perfect match. A blunt swordsmen and an 'innocent' angel. I REALLY think those two go together. And then in SSE, if you look closely when everyone is entering Subspace, you see Ike and Pit standing NEXT to each other but that's just a coincidence...but sweatdrop lame a** excuse to like the pairing because of that. smile But they work together in a Brawl match SO well. Link always weights the person down in battle and Marth...it depends on his opponenet. Ike is always protecting Pit and I think that's adorable. And when Pit is with Sonic, Pit is being the protective one throwing the team healer at Sonic and Sonic going after the Smash Balls.

But that's how I liked yaoi. Any other question about the story or about the royal bodyguards?
