well technically if we're going off of the belief that we share an ancestry w/ apes, then yes, we are part ape..its like if u have a cousin. part of u is just like them, though u are not them.

to be honest the idea of creationism, intelligent design, and the like simply don't make sense to me. my mother was catholic, my father was buddhist, my grandma was christian.. again those religions just dont make sense to me. im not sure what i am, but i can't fathom the idea that some higher being controls our lives and everything that we do affects us in the after life or where we go to spend eternity...i mean, i suppose there could be a higher being watching over us, but i doubt it.

science seems to answer most questions and fill in the blanks that religion has cast, or simply punched holes in faith's answers and created more questions..i'm not exactly sure which, but the theory of evolution seems more plausible because there's proof and its been tested..the idea of walking on water and paying money to the church to resolve your sends just doesnt set well w/ me.

Actually, the ark was said to be 300 cubits - which would be about 137 meters. England's length is estimated at 620 thousand meters, so you are wrong by a factor of about 4520. As for the height, 7x the height of the Empire State Building is 2667 meters: you are wrong here by a factor of about 194.

Noah's ark has problems - but being 1.65 miles tall and capable of being stretched from Chicago to Albuquerque is not one of them.

..dude, to question why there are still apes, seriously? brussel sprouts come from the mustard plant..there's stil lthe mustard plant. dogs descend from wolves..there are still wolves. justbecause something evolves from something else does not mean that the something tht it was originally createdfrom goes extinct...then there couldnever be anything created again.

Ok first off even christians dont believe that the bible is fact they believe it contains God's (if you beileve in him) his teachings/guidelines so first off the bible is NOT A FACT IN A WAY OR FORM its teachings contradict itself many times over and over so if you only believe in the bible..........................wow even christians/jews/atheist all mostly agree that evolution is a FACT want a little hint because its a proven fact once agian just wow
