You can find proof, but nothing definate. Same thing with Evolution. You can find things that say it could be, but nothing concrete.

Why would you not think that God is not powerful and intelligent enough to create something as beautiful and elaborate as evolution itself? That is what confuses the hell out of me. The Bible is good and all, but some of the things that it states should be taken lightly. I believe that maybe its speaking figuaratively when it talks of days that god took to create the earth. who is to say that god's day is the same as our own day. Time itself, is a mere construct of man to measure our own existance, not god's.

We do. All species are transitional. This is more obvious in the case of lungfish, for instance, although you can see it even more easily with ring species.

By the way, it is true - it has been directly and repeatedly observed.

Humans didn't evolve from the other modern apes, silly person. We also have long generations, so the humans alive at any one time tend to be fairly similar, and you'd have to look quite a large number of generations back to see something as obvious as that. Perhaps you should read a biology book some time.

Selective Pressure. As further later steps in the evolutionary process came into existence, the earlier ones died out due to their inherent inability to compete for resources. Please note that primates are posited to have a common primate ancestor from which different primate groups split off, so your "apes that talk" is, to a degree, a straw man. We're the only branch of the primate tree that walks erect, speaks, and builds buildings.
