Not quite...A NDE is an experience a person has when the brain is subjected to extreme stress combined with a loss of blood to the upper body, basically producing very vivid dreams, often of things like tunnels of light...(The case is often made that NDEs are proof of an afterlife. This has been debunked because AF/NASA pilots often report NDEs after certrifuge training...)

Oh and Andrzei, it actually says two pair of all unclean animals, seven pairs of clean ones. Genesis 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that [are] not clean by two, the male and his female.

that is of course after Genesis 6:19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every [sort] shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep [them] alive with thee; they shall be male and female.

(And they say it fits together perfectly blaugh ...)

Granted that just adds to the imposibilities...(How one would fit several million animals into a boat five hundred feet long is beyond me...)

Well there ya go ! I appreciate the corrections, while this scenario would definately lessen inbreeding, I do not know if it would sotp it completely, and if it did, lets be honest here we'd have some retarded a** animals.

And don't forget, an old man, his old wife and their kids and their family's somehow managed to take care of all these animals. Yup, thats a shitload of animals to take care of.

#5 The ressurection is impossible. If you die, you are dead. We cannot bring someone back to life when they die. We just cna't , we don't have the technology, and I doubt ancient Romans did either. Really, every scientist, doctor, or anyone who is anyone in the world will tell you that you cannot come back from the grave. Science has prove, that as far as we know, it is impossible to come back from the dead. NO WAY. But I guesss if someone wrote it down, it must be true !

Not true. You can technically be dead and still live. I believe these are called near death experiences...however, to the exent that Jesus was said to have done is not plausable.

This is correct, at this point, it's all semantics, sure, you can live if your heart stops for a couple seconds or what have you, but like you said, beating + crucifiction(ahaha, fiction, ahaha) plus having your legs broken, plus getting jabbed in the side with a spear do not a living man make.

ALso:BUrden of proof: If ones claims something, and I claim that it is bullshit, I do not need prove it is bullshit, or else I would need to prove anyone who has every claimed anything (no matter how ridiculous) wrong in order to validate myself.
I just like the dimensions of the ark: 300 cubits x 50 cubits x 30 cubits. (approx. 525ft x 87.5ft x 52.5ft) and this somehow transported all the life on Earth... Credible theory ain't it?

Whats that ? The roar of fundamentalists ?! OH NOE ! HIT THE DECK !
Me belief is that it is compleatly ililogical that a "god", something so supernatural could exist, and if there is one, why would it hide? Even if evolution isn't true, I think to prove a god exists would be impossible.
I do not have one particular side. I see it had to have come by both. Think about it though:

The Universe could not have possibly started by one star. Where did all of the stars come from? I can believe that the Big Bang Theory happen, but that doesn't explain that single cell? It had to be created from someone or something. So I believe that stars and single cells were first created.

Then how do we explain certain species, mutates, and things changing during time? Science has proven that evolution has occured as well. Therefore both theories are correct and would explain all if any loop-holes in the system.

The Universe could not have possibly started by one star.

Who says it did?

Um... it's not supposed to? Big Bang is Cosmology. Cells are biology, and if you're talking about where the first life came from, that's abiogenesis.

Not necessarily.

For one thing, Creationism isn't a theory, it's a belief. Secondly, you're using a classic God of the Gaps argument, which is an insult to both science and religion by saying "God did it" until we find an explanation that doesn't involve God.
im actually agnostic... my religion isnt here =(

Woah, woah woah! Take that back. I do not believe in God, and saying that I said something I did not is an insult to me. I said it had to be created, not God created it. I have no idea who created it. Do not assume one means the other. On one last note, this is meerly my opinion. If you slaughter it and tell me I'm wrong with out sources, I can't really respect you at all. I never said that this is "the way," now did I? Oh wait, that will be properly taken out of context, twisted, and misinterpretated too won't it?

Where is your evidence for this claim that the universe had to be created?

This is Extended Discussion, not My Opinion Is a Baseless and Beautiful Snowflake. If you want to debate things, provide evidence, and have extended discussions, stay here. If you want to spout unsupported claims and not be corrected, please go to General Discussion or the Chatterbox where that attitude is welcome.

Maybe you should highlight where in my post that you quoted I said you believed in God. It doesn't matter what you believe, what you SAID was a God of the Gaps argument, and that's what I addressed.

I don't need sources to point out the painfully obvious, do I? What book shall I quote to prove that the sky is blue on a sunny day?
