Everything on this earth has evolved from the way it was first created. organisms change over time to better adapt to their surroundings. read a biology book.

Where was spontaneous generation proven wrong? Besides, we did not evolve spontaneously. We share a similar ancestor with apes. That is not spontaneous.

If you are referring to abiogenesis then you're wrong. It has never been proven wrong. I would like to know why you tihnk that is relevant to the theory of evolution though.

If you are referring to abiogenesis then you're wrong. It has never been proven wrong.

As a side note, some of the theories of abiogenesis have been proven wrong. For instance, we now know maggots aren't formed out of raw meat - we know flies lay their eggs on raw meat but are too small to see with the naked eye. Like Lamark's theory of evolution (children take on assumed characteristics of the parent), the theory that living things could regularly form out of non-living things was diproven a while ago.

The current theory of abiogenesis is thin on the ground, but they've found some very interesting stuff so far. It has nothing to do with the Theory of Evolution, however; the Theory of Evolution is a Biology Theory; the Theory of abiogenesis is chemical; the Big Bang Theory is astronomical... literally. xd

Except, you know, all of the examples - including HeLa cells which jumped from a multicelled organism to a single celled organism in one generation. Or are you claiming that HeLa cells are human and we should grant all of them citizenship and expect them to vote?
