Evolution is fact. I don't believe in it, believe implies faith. I know it's true.
Evolution is not a fact... it's still a theory.
Someone needs to learn what a scientific theory is. A scientific theory can be fact, like evolution is both a theory and fact.
Not really. You know about the Super String Theory?
"Theory" is a misnomer for Stuperstring, String, or M ideas. Unfortunately it's a popular misnomer that probably owes a lot to even the everyday use by scientists of the word "theory" in a common context and not the specifically scientific context.

... so how can Evolution be both theory and a fact? It's either a theory or it's a fact.
Being a fact does not disqualify something from being a Theory, nor does being a Theory imply uncertainty as opposed to facts. Evolution is a fact. We see it happen, we see the evidence for it, we know it goes on. There is a Theory of Evolution to explain these observations, and try to piece together how the fact of evolution works. "Either a theory or a fact" is untrue because they're not rungs on a single ladder of knowledge, but different labels for types of knowledge that are not mutually exclusive.
