Tinyurl.com. I can give you the tinyurl I used to for the url to this thread. For the image, you just take the link to it and put it in and it gives you the new url.

The link to the image itself. Not the one to the thread. You put that one in and hit give me a link or whatever and it gives you a link. Then you just put that in place of the thing. I can do it myself manually in the code in a few minutes. O: I can probably do it for any banner we use, really. Wanna make one for me by the way, using Sim? O:
