In my history in the ED, i've been deemed....

A racist.

A misogynist.

A Psychopath

Many things have been said. Topics live and die. However, I think that if a person has a controversial opinion...we should try to understand their perspective instead of bashing them for not agreeing with you.

Has anything said to you in the ED changed or impacted your perspective on matters for better or worse?

Anyways..

People are only willing to accept logic in an emotional way. It's like the allegorical cave, no matter how logical you are no one will accept that the shadows aren't the fully real version of reality because they couldn't know that without their emotions allowing them to understand life from a certain perspective.

Yes of course, for instance you are emotionally inclined to favor "civilized"/somewhat stoic conversations when conversing about somewhat deeper matters, which is why we are having this discussion in the first place.

Not really.
You are a d**k, therefore your argument is flawed- Ad Hominem.
Your argument is flawed (because of X and Y) and offensive, and you are a d**k- Insult

The similar factor is that there is an insult.
