"Copy Wheel Eye", English manga: "Mirror Wheel Eye"}} is a [[#Kekkei genkai|genetic]] eye technique that naturally occurs in members of the Uchiha clan. Itachi Uchiha can use his Mangekyo Sharingan to induce extremely potent illusions that can kill his targets, and form black flames as hot as the sun.
