Buffy hands down for a number of reasons. Buffy has character development... Twilight has none. Buffy has depth and real emotions... Twilight has none. Buffy actually has a plot and story lines... Twilight has none. Buffy is not a bad case of Mary-sue/Gary-stu, which sadly Twilight is.
