Buffy definitely.

Though I like (I said like, I am not obsessed with them, there have been better books written) the Twilight books (not the movie), I enjoy Buffy far more. I have all the seasons on DVD and am currently working on watching the Angel series. : )

The Twilight movie isn't a patch on the first Buffy series, but if I had to decide between the Twilight books and the Buffy series then I'd pick the books. I loved all the books, but anything after the second series of Buffy sucked.

I think Buffy is better because it's very emotional and there's more to it than a romance. There's more action and a lot of other creatures that aren't vampires. I am a Twilight Fan but now that I think about it, the twilight books were better than the movie. So Buffy is better...just by a little bit.

The two things aren't exactly on the same level. After all, Buffy the Vampire Slayer is more action- and plot-based, while Twilight is an almost pure romance. On an even more superficial level, Buffy is a television show, while Twilight is a book. They are completely different types of media. Still, in terms of technical skill, Buffy is the superior man, so to speak.
