Ulquiorra is obviously better. Ichigo uses bankai like in every fight, and Ulquiorra has no trouble fighting Ichigo and we seen Ichigo lose already with the mask and Ulquiorra still hasnt released yet.

Ichigo >strength Ulquiorra

Both are a beast, but sometimes i hate ichigo since he has his ups and downs in battle, for example, he beat up grimmjow when he finally said sorry but i can't get hurt no more.
