None cause no offence to anyone both are retarded. I like bleach but......

Ulquiorra had the uper hand when Ichigo was wounded and it went to poops.

Now for Ichigo Im suprised that he survied very long.

I think its both because they have some self rightous monologe of impending doom

Ulquiorra is better. Ichigo may be stronger, but Ichigo wouldn't have killed Ulquiorra unless he is a cold heartless person which he is not. And Ichigo should just KILL his enemies instead of trying to save him. And on terms of strength Ulquiorra is because Ichigo can only be strong sometimes. Ulquiorra doesn't have to use Bankai and pull out a hollow mask to beat his strong enemies. Any time Ichigo faces someone strong he has to do that thing where he goes into his world with Zangetsu, use Bankai, and his Hollow mask. He can't ever go with just his plain old self. Have you ever seen Ichigo's face? It's too pointy. That is all why Ulquiorra is better. And no matter what people say I did a good job of proving it too.
