my friend who's obsessed with it attacked me. she has a twilight jacket, it was my birthday...and all because i touched her jacket, she gave me birthday punches and really hard, i got bruises......15 punches!

Jeez...yes, I've heard of people with their cars being keyed and getting broken bones (happened to one of my friends), but the acid in the face? That makes me really wish that my state had the death sentence. Okay, maybe not that extreme, but something like the solitary confinement the lawyer underwent in Leo Tolstoy's short story. Jesus Christ, some of the stories on that forum are just...unbelieveable. It's the Intarwebz, so I'm taking it all with more or less a grain of salt, but the very idea that even one account might be true is enough to kill what little faith I had in humanity's ability to reason.
