0_0; Seriously?! Most of my friends reckon I ought to be Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. Fair play and loyalty after all.
But anyway... the reason I said that it makes it only mildly better, is that Inuyasha never acknowledges his dad's benefit to him. We're allowed to think throughout that Inuyasha is that strong practically solely on his own power.
I always thought you'd be Slitherin because you are fascinated with power. That characteristic stands out more to me than loyalty or fair play to me. A quiz told me I was a Hufflepuff.
Uh that's not the impression I got. Inuyasha wants the Shikon jewel because he wants to become a full demon. He knows he's not as powerful as a purebred. No he doesn't make references to his dad's power being the source of his power. It's kind of just understood by the fact it is made out of his dad's fang. Now I don't know exactly how far the original manga deviates from the anime. I've watched the anime and have like one volume of the original manga (the one where Sango is introduced). I don't think the anime deviates all that much particularly on the core elements like that.
Hmm... aye. True that I like power. But I wouldn't betray my friends or play dirty for it. It is... interesting. I appreciate it. But I wouldn't take it unless I'd earned it or it was mine by right.
And yes it's made out of his dad's fang. And he wants to be a pureblood. But I dunno... Something about that hanyou being that bloody powerful and the main character of the series just really irritates me...
Well that all depends on what you consider playing dirty. One might consider gaining power through treachery as earning it because scheming is hard work.
You think maybe you just don't like halfbreeds?
Depends on the kind of treachery. If both of you knew that the other was gonna betray you at some point, then that's fine. The power was won fair and square then, even if it was done by deception.
And... not that I don't like them exactly. I have no problem with other halfie characters. Only that blood purity means more to me than I'd first realised...
Ah but you don't criticize Azula for scheming against Zuko who is her own flesh and blood.
You have told me you prefer pureblood and even interfamilial relationships. I wonder if in the Fatum Superum rp you connect with Ariel because she believes in keeping heaven pure and can't stand the concept of the angels let alone gods intermarrying with them or plain ordinary humans. Then again in the rp your pride cats are halfbreeds.
Yeah, but that's just how Azula is. She's that type of person. Zuko ought to expect such treachery from her. In Azula's position though... I don't really think I'm the kind to scheme against my brother like that... I would have been a severe disappointment to Ozai...
I think I connect to Ariel because she's flippin' nuts. And I think it'd be highly amusing to convert her. I mean, she belongs on the side of evil anyway. So its just hugely amusing to see her preaching for good. And actually believing herself. That's just too funny.
Like I said, I don't hate, or even dislike half-breeds that much. Plus, my Pride Cats are saved by the fact that 1) Their demon blood is top-grade stuff and that blood permeates practically every aspect of their lives, and 2) They were deliberately made to be half-breeds and their human blood serves the tangible purpose of connecting them to the human world to allow them to free their Fallen brethren.
