... *thinks*
Kay! I remembered now! =3
Zuko, what's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you? Please explain it in detail. =D
Oh dear. I must be honest with you and say that....the list is a long one. Looking back, I simply cannot place one as being more humiliating than the other because well...they were all sufficiently humiliating. Nevertheless, I will tell you about one of my [many] adventures that occurred during my time at sea. With my uncle. [Now if that is any indication of how these stories will go...I don't know what is. -_-;]
It was my fourteenth birthday, my first birthday since I'd left the Fire Nation and Uncle decided that it would have to be the best one yet. So, when we arrived at the nearest town we docked at one of it's many ports. Uncle took me away, refused to tell me where we were going.....When we got there.....well, the building was.... massive. Highly ornamented, obviously home to a number of wealthy patrons. But it was not a home per se. No, no no.... It was much more than that. -_-;; Uncle didn't tell me.....who lived there exactly but when we entered and I saw what was inside it became very clear to me that explanations were not at all necessary.
The main courtyard was full of...women. Everywhere. All types of women- tall, short, slender, skinny, athletic, plump, dark, light, red-haired, brown-haired..... Agni. I'd never seen so many well-dressed and beautiful women in my entire life. And they were all staring at me. [And my uncle. -_-;] Now in case you haven't guessed yet, my uncle thought that taking me to such a place [for one night] would have been a perfect present for a 14-year-old, pubescent, moody, somber boy. *sighs* He took me to a brothel, in the hope of cheering me up.
Tell me- what 14-year old, pubescent, moody and somber boy would fail to be cheered by such an opportunity? Well.....me. To me, a prince it was an affront. And insult. A humiliation that one of my status would stoop so low as to present himself in such a place. I was angry...very, very angry and I almost had a temper-tantrum right then and there. Uncle preserved my dignity by pulling me aside. Calmed me down. I agreed to stay, only for a while.
I chose one- a girl I mean. We talked, she danced, sang, told stories. I was quickly bored. So they gave me something to drink. Something I'd never had before but Agni was it strong.... Half a cup later I was gone. Stone drunk. All semblance of self-control gone. I don't remember much of the details but uncle tells me that my singing and dancing ability is uh.... well, there is much to be desired. Halfway through the night apparently, I thought it a good idea to start doing impersonations of uh... *blushes* things that are most definitely not appropriate for dinner-conversation. The banister, leading to the upper rooms apparently became, an area of great entertainment and the courtyard fountain an impromptu bathing area.
My 14th birthday ladies and gentleman. It may not have been the best one ever but it was certainly the most memorable.
eek eek eek eek *speechless*WOOOOO go Sparky! *salutes and breaks out laughing* It's hard to imagine you getting that drunk! ...
...in fact, next question! To help with the visual aid, will you please drink another cup of that stuff so I can see what you act like? =D
