Hi, I'm back again. This time, it's not about Titten, but instead it's about my baby girl, Skitty. Since I don't know when, she's always been bulemic. Even if you feed her a handful of catfood, about five minutes later, she's heaving it up. It only happens every so often for a period of about a week, but it's always inconvenient cleaning up cat vomit from behind my television set and all. She eats the same food, and refuses to eat any other brand, so I don't think that is the problem...
Firstly, try giving her a hairball remedy such as Laxatone or something similar. Often these cats have hairball problems even if they don't throw up hair.
Instead of feeding her in a bowl, try feeding her on a big platter and spread out the food to make her eat slower. Often these kitties eat too fast.
Talk to your vet about the possibility of stomach worms. They cannot be detected on routine fecal exam, but cause vomiting. Deworming with panacur will resolve this infection.
If these don't work, talk to your vet about IBD. It can cause vomiting as well.
I hope your girl gets feeling better soon.
