I am not a dev, i cant help with the lag, but i do know that some servers are more laggy then others....

Answers (even though some are weird):
1. about a min for me
2. That i have not heard of.
3. it is incredibly hard... i have gotten to it once, it is evil!
4. I have never gotten a SH ring, but if i did i would never salvage it! But it is just a ring so my guess is yes.
5. about 1 in 100 (they arnt that rare when alot of people are on..)

Someone asked me today about raising your level outside of zOMG - I didn't think that was possible, but I just learned I can move equipped rings around in my tray outside of null, and I didn't think that was possible..can you raise CL outside of null?

Also - do you know the exact date that zOMG rings became soulbound and where I can find that listed?
