Now this is more like it. This Kai has a complex, skewed vision of reality in which she believes herself to be a monster and her bond with her parents is so whacked that she doesn't realize it when her father has killed her mother or even when she has killed him. I also like that she is has moments where she is able to act like an ordinary child and like ordinary child things like the taste of juice and burgers alongside moments of complete insanity. It makes her more real and a character the audience can feel sympathy for as opposed to just a mindless killing machine.

I know. I got it from photobucket, thought I can't quite remember now what search words I used. I originally intended for Kai to be hugging her mother's head and kind of ignoring her father, but then I saw this pic and I thought "I can work with that." 3nodding

Tan-chan, where did you get the idea for this story? I've only read a little dialogue at the moment but it sounds very interesting. ( : By the way, the picture seems Higurashi-esque, don't think it is, but it has that vibe.

~ish glomped~ ^o^ I missed you too, Tan-chan! ~grins as well~ I could take a few notes from your book on screwed up back stories. ( : It seems like whenever I give a character a messed up background it ends up being generic. >.<
