In my opinion, Hao would win. He knows Reishi, which helps plan strategies, so he's always one step ahead. And, the Spirit of Fire is really powerful, and no other elements can harm it.

Edit: And if Hao died, he could just reincarnate himself in 500 years. ^^;

Plus, I'm a Mankin fan. ^^;;

The problem with Hao's Reishi, though, is that he can't control it, so in some senses, it could be used against him.
