I'm a complete supporter of Kira, I may not agree with the methods but the ends justify the means and in the end the world crime rate dropped like around 80%, how could anyone argue against him?

I'm not saying I liked Light as a character, but I think as a whole in the series the world was a better place with Kira than without him

umm no in many ways no, and how did Hitler have no political powers?
Hitler killed innocent people...the people kira killed were all criminals well not counting the ones he had to kill to make sure he wouldn't be brought down.
