That is true. But also people might have families and stuff. It's kinda cruel but I see your point.

I would say half and half, All most all the crime started going down and all the ppl who did not do any thing bad could live a life without fear.
But I would not agree with killing ppl who where lazy or did really minor crime.

What I wanna know Is could something like death note really happen... Many cultures do believe that control is possible just by knowing a name..(also seen in spirited away) And also the belief of death gods is also very common... This seems very strange and fictional to us but the creatures of deathnote didn't completely make this up. Many people believe in this type of thing... Just not usually with a notebook... Just my thoughts.. don't bash me..
