i'll go first. I just recently finished reading the Shadow Falls series. I loved them. Couldn't put the books down. I'm looking forward to reading the side stories based around Della Tsang, Kylie Galen's friend and roommate at camp Shadow Falls. I'm not sure how they'll be but I'll give them a shot since I liked the other books so much smile
I just read a book called It's Kind of a Funny Story. It's about a kid named Craig who gets depression, but the novel couldn't be less depressing. It's realistic in my opinion and it's hilarious. I really liked it. It was pretty easy to read too. I'd recommend it. biggrin
White Horse is good, Frostfire I just started and it sounds interesting.
Favourite books; the Kingmaker/Kingbreaker series and its spin-offs/affiliated,
the different versions of Rumplestiltskin.
A sci-fi I can't quite remember the title to, damn.
It was pretty good though I didn't get to finish it.
Library was on my back pretty hardcore about getting it back asap.
Sucky books (imo); Forest of Hands and Teeth, The Hunger Games.
Someone is probably gonna get onto me for The Hunger Games, but I read it up until halfway into the second book.
I can't stand the writing style, or the characters.
I like the setting and lore, just everything else is pretty bad imo.

yeah. I feel the same way about The Hunger Games. The first one was great, couldn't put it down, but the second one was meh and I barely got into the third one before I put it down and haven't bothered to read it.
felt the same way about the Divergent series and the Beautiful Creature series too.
I'll have to look into White Horse, Frostfire and this Kingmaker/Kingbreaker series smile

i read a book called Gamer recently....it was amazing.
it was based on the idea that the whole world is just a computer simulation and we are actually just plugged in to a computer
kinda like the matrix...just not really. without all the crazy action stuff
yeah, I'm not sure if I have a fav book. I think I'd have to go by how many times I have read a book. The ones I've reread again and again have to be Anne Rice's The Mummy (or Ramses The Great), Diana Gabaldon's Outlander, and the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs whee
I'm currently reading the Malazan book of the fallen, book 1, gardens of the moon.
It's epic fantasy, I started recently but it's looking good.
nice. I looked that book up, sounds interesting. I'll have to add it to my list of books to read smile
the last high fantasy novel I read, aside from A Feast For Crows, was The Desert Spear, book 2 of The Demon Cycle series by Peter V. Brett. I got the third book but have yet to read it smile
