An epic moment that no one understood~

RL me was starting his science fair project in biology today. It involved rubbing E-Coli on petri dishes and adding a bit of spice to see what happens. The E-Coli was in a vial and looked like icky green water. RL me, seeing this as a golden opportunity, put on his lab coat and goggles and held up the vial, screaming "I RECREATED THE G-VIRUS!" Everyone stared at him, because no one understood the reference.

To be honest, when you said G-virus my mind went right to Resident Evil .

When I first started (in the days when I was still in high school/middle school for you American folk), I made references every now and again. Not once did anyone get it, even people who I knew played Gaia. I gave up after about two months, now I kinda leave Gaia as my secret pleasure that eats away more of my time than it should during events.
I don't really care much for people playing it that I know 'cause most of the time I just come on to spiffy up my avi, post once, then run away into the abyss of the internet for another couple of days.
