I know a few friends irl that are on Gaia. It was a dear friend who introduced me to it before he passed earlier this year. So its not uncommon for me to see people I know on it.

Heh, yeah. It happens to me frequently. I remember frequently yelling out, "THIS IS NO TIME FOR DANCEY DANCEY!" and no one getting it sad

Whenever there's an event, I always tell people about it, like it's some tv show I watched last night. "And, the Overseer was all like, "POW!" right onto Gino's head and he's all naked and wait... where are you going? Don't you want to hear how it ends?!!?" crying

And I a few pieces of merchandise. The Kiki shirt (people think it's Hello Kitty stare ), the angelic and demonic mini shirts (people don't notice them at all) and I get a lot of odd stares when people come into my bedroom and see my (totally awesome) watermeat. They never know what he is and when I tell them he's a watermeat, they get more confused

I don't think I've ever referenced Gaia in real life. When I do talk about it, it's usually about the event that's happening, new items that I want, quests I just finished, etc.

I was at a party once, and my friend (also a gaian) and I were talking about Ian's trial (We both missed it, but I managed to find the backlogs and read them over), and then one of the balloons on the wall popped, and I screamed "SNIPERRRRR" and dove to the ground.

It was pretty funny, even if you weren't a gaian. xd

The only thing I have ever done was my friend IRL wrote something gaia-related on the bathroom wall and I responded to it.
And then someone else wrote on the wall too and we discovered a new friend of ours that plays gaia. xD

i've never done that though, but i mean i have talked about Gaia to a friend when the other friends that were with us didn't know what it was. -shrug-
oh and one time i asked a friend to get me a drink but instead i said "will you grab my booty?" (idg why i said that... it just.. came out wrong?).

rofl I do that too...they just smile and nod... xp I do have a classmate who goes here though, and one day we were discussing various Gaia stuff and everyone else was looking over at us like "wtf...?" It was fun xd

Then I told them all how much I loved working in a secret underground test facility. biggrin

I'm stuck at home most of the time with the baby (having graduated from college a couple of years ago), so the only one who hears me make Gaia references are Lydia and my husband. The latter laughs because he's on too, and the former doesn't understand.

I'm sure I have cracked mild Gaia jokes in the past that no one got, however, since I started playing long before I graduated college.

We had to draw and paint animals in my art class at school in different colours to its original colour and someone did a green bunny and I just went "Oh my god... Grunny!" and they just gave me a look as to say "What the hell are you on?!" I laughed at their reaction and now they just think I'm a weirdo. Ah well xD
