Why is your E. coli green? Are you using a broth with malichite green for pH testing? Because your E. coli should not be green. If you do have a green broth you may want to run an IMViC test on your culture or a triple sugar iron test. You probably have Pseudomona aeruginosa, which is a commonly used bacteria for school labs. They are gram negative rods just like E. coli so you may have got a mix up that way.

When I first joined Gaia, I hinted about it in school, but nobody seemed to get it. stressed

Later on I saw my classmate wear an OMG and AFK to school, with a coco keychain on her backpack. I wanted to ask her what her username was, but was too scared. sweatdrop
