So I might be going to see a movie with friends tomorrow, and I'm debating on which one to watch.

I've heard Act of Valor is really good, and the use of real U.S. Navy Seals makes it all the more interesting. I'm always one for action and explosions, so this one seems like a good choice.

Chronicle is tempting to go see, mainly for a couple reasons. I'm a fan of fantasy/thriller movies, and the movie seems to be based in Seattle, which is where I live.

I've heard great reviews for both movies, but I still can't decide.

What do you recommend? Why?

Really? I've heard the filming can be a little shaky at times, but I don't know how harshly it impacts the movie....I'll probably see both movies at some point.

Once I get a job, I'm going straight for a laptop. Then a new desktop, my current one is so crappy, but theres no point upgrading. It has a tired motherboard.
Btw, if I had more RAM, would it make running 1080p videos on youtube smooth?
Some videos get stop-starty even on 360p
