abortion is killing of an unborn child....a child is a human...hence it is murder. If abortion is legal, then why shouldn't murder? It's the same thing, just different ages.

it's not the same thing at all.
murder is causing an unjust death on purpose. unjust implies that they could have survived if you hadn't tried to kill them, and that they weren't doing anything worth killing them for.
