DDosing is denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack
It basically overloads the servers with too much information,
either through a script/program, or with bots to point where the server is too busy and crashes.

Pretty much!
This person was targeting gaia specifically because they banned his account.
He tried threatening gaia with continous DDOS attacks in attempt to get his account back.
Eventually he gave up though xD that's why the servers are okay now

I have a pretty fast metabolism too! But it gets kinda annoying sometimes because
i get hunger pangs so quickly. >_<;
It's cheap, affordable, and delicious! Can't get better than that!
