Depends. How often do you greet people and help out when they need to know how to get started and do things? Do you donate often? Just some questions to ask yourself. I believe you have to have a good understanding of the rules, help out new people when they don't know what to do, and keep the thread in check, making sure everyone is following the rules and such.
