THE fun begins on June 23rd, though THE Password game (which I'm using instead of a bumping contest this time) HAS BEGUN!.

Tickets cost 300g. All gold given for tickets, including those who give more than the cost of a ticket as an additional donation, will go to the participating charities!

Post 2. Rules of THE Charity Conspiracy Game

* THE Charity Conspiracy Game starts June 23 and ends June 27.

* Each Participating Charity will post a key

* Next to each key will be a code word.

* Use "THE Mission Plan" form on the next post to keep track of which code word each charity has by each key. Charities must be in the order on "THE Mission Plan" as it stands June 23 - 27.

* PM me, THE Santa Claus, with the completed form. Please do not post the completed form anywhere.

* Only Ticket Holders can win a prize. Each winner will get a small prize. One of the winners will be randomly chosen to get THE Grand Prize of a Sealed June 2005 Thank You Envelope! Good luck!

Post 6 - THE Password Game Rules

1. This is a word association game. I will post a clue word in this post. People who are playing THE Password game will post including the words "password is" and a word my clue makes them think of. There are no wrong answers, though, because guessing right is not how you win. The rest of your post may be chatting or whatever. You can guess the same word as often as you like.

2. At least once each day through the event I will generate a random number from 1 to 15. Starting with the last page I posted a random Password Number on, the person who posted that post on each page will get 50g (one for each post on the page) IF they were playing the game. If they weren't playing, the next post of a player gets the 50g for that page. If I generate the number 15 and the 15th post didn't have "password is" and another word, then I will go back up to the first post. Password Keepers who are not ticket holders will not get as much gold, but they can still play. I know it's just a tiny amount each page, but hopefully it will add up over the course of the event. Remember, fill a page with passwords and you are guaranteed an extra 50g, and every little bit helps, right?

EXAMPLE: If the number I generate is 3, then the person who made the third post on each page between my Password Number post pages wins 50g if their post contains "password is" and a word and they are listed as a ticket holder for the event.

Password Keepers in the next post below are people who have won THE Password game at least once. You can win more than once! The more you post here, the more gold you're likely to win!

Post 9 - How Charities Can Participate in this event

Any charity that has been giving since May 23rd and is open may participate in this event.

Please PM me when your key and code word are in place.

Post this key on the first page of your charity:

followed by a code word to represent your charity (as opposed to all the other giving charities here on Gaia).

Your post should look like this:

Each ticket holder will copy THE Mission Plan in Post 3 above and go from charity to charity noting the code words in each one and filling in THE Mission Plan accordingly.

So in the above example for, say, The Sample Charity, a ticket holder would complete that line like this:

The Sample Charity code word is Charity.

To win the game, ticket holders must PM me the completed Mission Plan.

In order to have the form completed on time, I need all keys and codes posted in charities no later than June 20th. Also, it would be cool if you could change or post a poll for your charity around June 22nd so participants will have a chance to gain a little extra gold while they play. Please PM me when your key and code word are in place. I'm not going to worry if some charities have the same code words, but if you can think of something original to represent your charity, so much the better! Charities that post a banner and/or link to this thread in their thread will get a little more gold than those which do not. Thank you for participating!
