Oh, very nice catch on the very old typo.

The spoilers are there to make people work on looking up how to get funds.
The application is under one of the spoilers with instructions.
The various contests are under the other three.
If people have to click to find, they will have to put more thought into their requests.

I think I fixed whatever was acting up in Firefox too. I disabled a bar and downloaded the Gaia add-in again.
