when i set up a charity, how do i link the contents to a post?

Edit the post you wish to link. Then, when you submit it, copy the url out of the window at the top of the page. Then go to the place you wish to link it, and add the code followed by the words or image you want to link to it followed by I hope that makes sense.

it was kinda hard to follow, but i think i got it. so, before you submit the post, copy the url? that is the part i get confuse at. HELP!!!!
