I prefer to go barefoot all summer, but I love me some stripey socks in the winter time. My feet have dreadful circulation when it gets cold.

My half of the house is dreadfully cold during the fall and winter, so I have to wear socks all the time.

My mom is cheap and turns the heat down whenever we're gone and at night when she goes to bed. xd Once my feet get cold it's all over, they're cold all winter.

Do you have an electric blanket?

My mom-in-law turns her little guys' blankets on like an hour before bed time so that the bed is already warm when they crawl in for sleep. Then they turn it off and go to bed. How do you do it?

When I was going to college, I'd Wear sandals as long as I could, then I'd wear snow boots (winters in MD are very moist and really cold rain sucks), As soon as I could, I'd switch back to the sandals. And on those odd February days when it was 70 degrees out...

I HATE having cold feet and CANNOT sleep if my feet are cold. (super sexy sleepwear...NOT!) lol

I'm not big on sandals, I hate the feeling of dirt on my feet. But I'll wear them in the house so I don't have to be barefoot. I NEVER walk barefoot if I can help it.

What I hate even worse, is the feeling of being sock-footed and stepping in something wet... ewwww!

I love being barefoot. The feeling of grass in between my toes is amazing!

I hate that, too. xp What I also hate is when my hubby tracks in burrs onto the floor and either I or my little guy steps on them. ::shudder:: Ugh. The worst!

Ok I WILL concede that a well maintained lawn is ok in bare feet! heart

Even still, I grew up with dogs and they weren't "scooped after" and we would occassionally step in something. Worse than that was trying to do cartwheels and flips in the yard and putting your hand in it! xp

My mom-in-law turns her little guys' blankets on like an hour before bed time so that the bed is already warm when they crawl in for sleep. Then they turn it off and go to bed. How do you do it?

I turn it on a little before bed on the lowest setting and just leave it on. I only turn it up one notch if I wake up cold, but I rarely do. It's usually just warm enough. I also have a light weight comforter that I have on top of it to keep the heat in. I know you're not supposed to have a blanket on it, but I like some weight on me and the electric blanket is too light. I might try swappin' the order this winter and see if the heat makes it through.

I always kick my top sheet off the bed in the summer or winter. Not sure what that's about, but when I wake up it's always on the floor.
