That's a good thing being promoted very fast, because it means that you're doing a good job, and the higher ups can see it. Did you ever do Global? Or straight up to Omni?
If you were to get a promotion now, what would it be?

No, I was never a Global. There are Lead positions, but uh... It's complicated to explain, lol.

Pretty much all there is up would be being hired by Gaia, and that won't happen blaugh

We only have two Leads, that's why. There used to be more, but they all left over time. And since there's only two it's kinda a fuzzy position biggrin

I have nothing relevant on my resume, don't/can't move to Cali, and they don't hire out of country blaugh
